A new perspective

I’ve tried to be a professional blogger for a while but I know that’s not what I or this blog is. Instead, I’m going to approach it from a different point of view.

When I write up a new post on this blog, I’m going to do it from my perspective: the view of a single guy in his 30s, working the corporate 8 to 5, and wanting to find an escape through travels and content creation.

It may not be the most unique perspective for a travel blog but it a pure and a genuine space because it comes from me.

I get that the chances of this blog becoming something that can turn a profit of any kind are slim, but I can’t allow that to stop me. The dream of this blog becoming a new venture, a job that turns a huge profit I can live on is a dream and I’m wise enough know that it likely won’t happen.

Instead, this is a hobby. Something that is fun to do, gives me an escape from the normal drags of daily life, and something I can build upon while doing it the way I want. I have no idea and close to zero faith it will ever become something that will turn a profit. But that’s OK, I can live with that.

So with that, new blogs and travels are coming and I’m genuinely excited to get back into the mix.
