I am curious, how do you post content during a trip you are on? Do you wait until the trip is over to gather your thoughts, work on the media, etc. and then post or do you post while you are on your trip?

My Tokyo trip is fast approaching and I am looking for a camera. While my phone may be good enough, I am doing a quick survey of the photography folks to get their opinion.

Everything is digital these days. Tickets, vouchers, emails, etc. everything is digital and that holds true for travel. However, I always have a paper back-up, no matter how frustrating it is to put together.

Traveling with others — whether it’s friends, family, or a small group — often leads to unforgettable adventures. Shared laughs, collective memories, and safety in numbers are all big pluses. But group travel isn’t without its challenges.
Here are five real downsides of traveling with others that I’ve personally experienced. These aren’t deal-breakers, but they’re important to know before you plan your next group trip.

In my previous posts, I talked about the ups and downs about solo travel. Now I want to shift to traveling with others.

In 2017, I took a leap that would change how I experience the world forever: I booked a solo trip to Japan. It was my first time traveling outside the United States, and I went completely alone.
Was it scary? Absolutely.
Was it worth it? Without a doubt.
In this post, I want to share the best things I experienced while traveling solo in Japan — not just the fun stuff, but the real, eye-opening lessons that came with being on my own in a foreign country. (I’ll also be posting a follow-up soon about the challenges of solo travel, so stay tuned for that.)

Writing is content and content is everything for a blog. This has been something I have foolishly overlooked over the past year during my struggles to find a way to make a blog that I actually like to write on.

Wish you and yours a Happy New Year! 2022 was an interesting year, but that is the past. 2023 is here so it is time to focus in and make those resolutions and dreams become reality to get the new year started out right.
To start the new year I am going to start getting content posted on the site that I have been working on over the past few weeks. It is going to be fun to get back to a more normal blogging schedule to begin the year. I still have a ton of work to do, but it’s a new year challenge that I am eager to take head on.
It’s time to get back to writing, creating content, and getting back on the road and traveling more.
Here’s to a great year so make sure to celebrate (responsibly of course) and ring in the 2023 year!
